Refund Policy
As the purchaser of items from Florist Asia, the purchaser agrees that all sales are determined final.
As flowers are perishable items, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
- All issues must be indicated to us within 24 hours of delivery — please leave a message on our WhatsApp number, and we will contact you within office hours.
- We will happily replace any damaged items, which may have had their quality affected during shipping.
- We do not issue refunds, however, if the issue cannot be resolved, an in-store credit may be available.
- Returns are accepted on a “quality” basis only — issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return.
- As flowers are perishable, you must water them, otherwise, they will not last long. It is the recipient’s responsibility to re-cut and water the ordered arrangement.
- If you are ordering flowers for someone else, be sure to choose something they would like — style preferences are not grounds for any returns.
- Some types of flowers are not always available every season, so sometimes we have to replace the flowers, but we make sure the flowers replacement’s condition is:
- In the best quality
- Has the harmony of color and shape
- Has a value equal to, or more than, the type of flower replaced
If you require a specific product, please call us to check for its availability. - If no name is specified for the “Special Message”, we will immediately put the name of the sender on the card.
- You can choose an arrival time range based on your preference:

If you require a specific time for delivery, please send us a message through Whatsapp and speak with our designers to schedule those arrangements accordingly. - We understand that unexpected things happen and again, it is the responsibility of the person ordering the flowers to ensure the recipient is present at home on the date and time of delivery. If an item is delivered to a workplace, or if someone goes out of town (for home deliveries), you agree that we have fulfilled our responsibility in delivering upon the requested date and time by the sender, and there will be no refunds or exchange due to this unexpected event.
