Singapore : Uber, GoCar, GrabCar, Florist Asia’s Driver
Australia : Uber

Delivery time
You can choose an arrival time range based on your preference:
10 AM-1 PM | 1-4 PM | 4-7 PM

Time zone used in Floristasia.com:

  • Indonesia : Jakarta Time (GMT+7)
  • Australia : Sydney Time (GMT+11)
  • Singapore Time (GMT+8)

Our flowers will be delivered within 3 hours after payment (except for special days like Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, etc)

We also provide an additional service whereby we are able to deliver your purchases off-hours according to your preferred time range (at least within an hour). Do let us know if you require this service & note that there will be additional delivery cost on top of your purchase.

In order to prevent delays in our operations, our couriers will wait a maximum of 10 minutes in the event that the recipient cannot be contacted via mobile number. After which, the buyer may choose to pay an additional $20 for re-delivery at a later time or date.

Some types of flowers are not always available every season, so sometimes we have to replace the flowers, but we make sure the flowers replacement’s condition is:

  • Has the harmony of color and shape
  • Has a value equal to, or more than, the type of flower replaced
