Just follow these steps:
- Choose your shipping country/region.
- Click the “account” button on the top menu bar.
- Fill in the “Register” section, then click the “Register” button.
- Done! You can start shopping by visiting our catalog page.
If you are interested in any of our products and wish to make a purchase, you can follow our instructions by going to the page “Order & Delivery” and then choosing “How to Order”.

Don't forget to mention your order number! We apologize in advance that we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once the order is being prepared and/or on its way for delivery.
Absolutely! Once your preferred item has been chosen, you can enter your desired message. The message is capped at 200 words in order for it to fit on a folded A6 card, which we will attach to your order. Do reach out to us if your message exceeds 200 words.
An email confirmation that summarizes your order will be sent to the sender’s email that you provided during the order process. Please check your spam or junk folder or reach out to us if you didn’t receive one.
An email notification will be sent once your order has been shipped. We use various shipping methods (in-house driver and a variety of delivery services). Should we use external delivery services, we will send you the receipt so you can also check the status of your order. Please reach out to us if you need further assistance.
Our flowers bear different nationalities and we obtain them from trusted suppliers to ensure the quality of their bloom and scent.
Flowers generally last about 3-5 days. To prolong the life of the arrangement, ensure that the flowers are placed inside a vase of clean water every day, and remove any dead leaves/petals.
- You can enjoy free delivery to most areas written on our website.
- However, there is an additional SGD 40 delivery fee for several of Singapore’s areas (Sentosa Island/Resort World Sentosa/Marina Bay Area & Changi Airport - All Terminals).

- Florist Asia can do same-day delivery if the orders are placed before 1 PM in the recipient's time zone.
- We have 3 different time slots to suit your needs, 365 days a year. You can chose your preferred delivery time: 10 AM -1 PM | 1 - 4 PM | 4 - 7 PM
- Order by 1 PM & get your items delivered on the same day.
- We also provide an additional service whereby we are able to deliver your purchases off-hours according to your preferred time range (at least within an hour). Do let us know if you require this service, and please note that there will be additional delivery cost charged on top of your purchase.
All transactions on Floristasia.com are handled by Midtrans. Here are some payment methods that you can use.

As all flowers are seasonal, we shall replace them with others of the same value when the flowers/fillers/foliage become unavailable at the time of order. With regards to the sizes/colors/shapes of the flowers, they may differ in terms of colors/sizes/shapes from the product photos as flowers are natural products. Nonetheless, our florist team will still craft beautiful arrangements for our customers at all times.
Florist Asia cannot always deliver orders on Sundays (with the exception of Mother’s Day Sunday). If Sunday delivery is preferred, it is advised that you contact us directly (call/WhatsApp at +62811 350 5558) to make arrangements for Sunday delivery.
In most cases, Florist Asia is unable to deliver orders on public holidays. It is advised that you contact us directly to make requests for delivery on public holidays.
