Pricing Based On Country/Region

It is important to choose your shipping country because the product selections and pricing in different countries may be different. Thus, by selecting a shipping country, Florist Asia can show you products and pricing that are available in your shipping country.

Payment on our website is handled by Midtrans. You can choose a wide range of payment methods:

  • E-Wallet                 : GoPay
  • Cards                        : VISA (Debit/Credit)
  • Bank Transfer     : BNI, BRI, BCA, Bank Mandiri, Permata Bank

 

Currency

Since Florist Asia is based in Indonesia, every purchase will be charged in IDR. But don’t worry, we also provide the price information based on your shipping country currency.

Free Delivery

Enjoy Free delivery with no minimum purchase to most of the destinations provided on our website.

Our flowers will be delivered with:
Indonesia      : GoCar, GrabCar, Florist Asia’s Driver
Singapore     : Uber, GoCar, GrabCar, Florist Asia’s Driver
Australia       : Uber

However, there is an additional SGD 40 delivery fee for some of Singapore’s areas (Sentosa Island / Resort World Sentosa / Marina Bay Area & Changi Airport - All Terminals).

Delivery Time

You can choose an arrival time range based on your preference:
10 AM-1 PM | 1-4 PM | 4-7 PM

Time zone used in Floristasia.com:

  • Indonesia : Jakarta Time (GMT+7)
  • Australia : Sydney Time (GMT+11)
  • Singapore Time (GMT+8)

 

Our flowers will be delivered within 3 hours after payment (except for special days like Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, etc).

For delivery on Sundays/Public Holidays please contact us directly through Whatsapp/Email. Florist Asia can do same-day delivery if the orders are placed before 1 PM in the recipient's time zone (check delivery detail).

We also provide an additional service whereby we are able to deliver your purchases off-hours according to your preferred time range (at least within an hour). Do let us know if you require this service & note that there will be additional delivery cost on top of your purchase.

In order to prevent delays in our operations, our couriers will wait a maximum of 10 minutes in the event that the recipient cannot be contacted via mobile number. After which, the buyer may choose to pay an additional $20 for re-delivery at a later time or date.

Transaction on Florist Asia is very easy and quick, you just need to follow these steps:

  1. Choose your shipping country/region, then click “continue to Florist Asia”

  2. You can scroll down or select our flowers based on product category in the top right menu

  3. For example we choose the “Flower Arrangement” category.
    On the left bar, you can choose the product type, occasions, flower type, colour, and price range based on your preference. Then click on your chosen flower.

  4. Fill the data needed for delivery, then click “add to cart”

  5. You can continue to shop or click “view cart” to see your chosen flowers.

  6. After opening your cart, you can:
    a. Edit the quantity of the flower, then click “update cart”
    b. Enter coupon code
    If the list has been fixed, you can click “proceed to check out”

  7. If you already have an account in Florist Asia, you can log in first by clicking the notification box. But if you haven’t, you can fill in the billing & shipping details

  8. After everything is complete, click “place order”

  9. Choose your payment, then the payment detail will appear
  10. If you cannot finish the transaction right away and need to leave the page, you can always find your payment info by clicking “my account” on top left menu, choose “orders”, scroll down, then click the link in “payment info” section.

  11. Finish your payment within 24 hours, and wait for your lovely flower to arrive!
